I have a beautiful Condo with a great view of the pool area and the sparkling
emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is located on the fourth floor. There
is a private balcony with access from the living room and the master
bedroom.
The pool is very large and there is a pool for children with a
mushroom shape that has a gentle waterfall for them to play under. There is a
boardwalk which goes out to the sugar white sands of the beach. When you return,
there is a shower for you to rinse the sand from your feet.
There is an
indoor heated pool and two hot tubs inside. In addition to that, we also have a
sauna.
There is an area which has charcoal grills and picnic tables. You
will love grilling out and eating by the water and enjoying the beautiful
sunsets.
Our resort also offers a fitness room, a racquetball area and
well lit tennis courts.
There is a sleeper sofa in the living room with a
42 inch LCD Flat Panel TV, a CD player and a DVD player. One entire wall in the
living room/dining room is mirrored. This makes a nice reflection of the ocean.
The kitchen is full equipped with appliances, dishes, pots and pans and
silverware. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, garbage
disposal, stove and a washer/dryer for your convenience.
Both bedrooms
have a king-size bed and a TV. The master bedroom has a 16 inch Euro Top
Mattress. There is a sliding glass door that you can use to go out on the
balcony. Both bedrooms have connecting baths. Clock radios are provided in each
bedroom.
Free WiFi (Wireless Internet) is provided.
There is
plenty of shopping and many fine restaurants for your dining pleasure
nearby.
Snowbirds are welcome and monthly rates are available from
October through February at very reasonable rates.
My condo is my home
away from home and my little piece of paradise. I would very much like to share
it with you. Once you stay here, you will return year after year. So, c'mon
